Checklist: hiring an interpreter booth for a public conference.
Public organisers need traceable kit, clear responsibility and a supplier who stays in the hall. These are the points we usually settle before the quote is written.

What we ask for early
Place, date, languages, approximate delegate count, and whether it is hybrid. Whether the booth sits in the hall or next door. Whether the venue has loading and fire rules.
Guidance for public bodies often stresses that the technician should come from the same firm as the booth. That is how we deliver: our technicians rig and stay.
What we do not offer here
We do not rent out interpreters and we do not publish prices. The quote is meeting-specific. For tender text we can describe equipment class (ISO 4043), technician coverage and scope without listing kroner online.

Questions
Can you supply documentation for procurement?
Yes — booth standard, receivers, rig and technician. Price sits in the quote, not on the website.
