What this notice covers
This notice describes how Tolkeboks.no handles personal data when you use the site, send an enquiry, or contact us by phone or email. We are a specialist site for interpreter booths and simultaneous interpretation equipment in Norway.
What we collect
Contact details you enter: name, email, phone, company. Assignment details: place, dates, number of delegates, language pairs and a free-text note. Technical logs that may follow the infrastructure, such as an IP address on submission for rate limiting. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising.
Why, and for how long
We use the details to answer the enquiry and to plan a delivery when you ask for one, and to protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal data. Enquiries are kept in our database for follow-up, typically up to 24 months after the last relevant contact, unless accounting or legal duties require longer.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where the law provides it. Write to kontakt@tolkeboks.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
