Multilingual AGM: a booth and headsets that hold.

When voting rights run in more than one language, delegates must hear the same thing in real time. We deliver the booth, the receivers and a technician who stays in the hall.

An annual meeting with delegates, a main screen and conference equipment

A typical setup

One or more languages in the hall, an ISO 4043 booth for the interpreters, and receivers for those who follow their language. Headset counts follow delegates plus a reserve — see planning.

Hand-out before the session and collection at the exit avoid queues in the break. Our technicians keep the channels stable while statutes, elections and speeches run.

What is not included

We do not rent out interpreters. You book them yourselves or through an agency. We rig the equipment and stay in the hall with spares.

Assignments we can name

Questions

Does everyone need a headset?

Only those who follow another language. We still plan a reserve, because more people take a receiver when they see it available.
