A multilingual party conference — without a queue in the break.
Large halls, many headsets and short breaks. We plan hand-out, channels and booth placement so the programme keeps its pace.

Logistics that survive the break
Receiver trays are ready before the break. A technician hands them out, and we collect at the exit. The same principle held when hundreds of receivers had to move without queues.
Booths are placed with a view of the lectern and the main screen. Our technicians follow the programme and carry spares.
Several languages, still one responsibility
You book the interpreters. We deliver the kit and one contact. Hybrid or streaming can run in the same delivery when needed — see conference AV production.
Assignments we can name
Questions
Can you supply receivers only?
Yes, if the interpreters already have a place. Often a booth is needed too. We match the kit to the venue.
